I was pleased to attend the 26th Annual IBA Arbitration Day in London 3-4 April 2025 on “Redefining the contours of international arbitration” with four sessions : Revisiting rule of law in arbitration: does institutional support for arbitration remain fit for purpose? Where will future disputes involving States be heard? Arbitration at the cutting edge: is the arbitral process ready to resolve the disputes of the future? UNCITRAL Model Law - 40: lessons learned?
